A WOMAN has miraculously survived a terrifying fall from a burning third-floor apartment. Watch the dramatic video.

A SEMI-NAKED woman has tumbled from a burning apartment building as smoke quickly engulfed her.

The 47-year-old fell from the fourth floor window of the building in Cedeira, Spain but was safely caught in a blanket held out by people below.

The dramatic rescue was captured on video by José Antonio Vázquez Martínez.

According to local reports, the woman was treated for smoke inhalation in a nearby hospital.

The local civil protection service reportedly advised others not to jump out of buildings in the event of a fire, but to close doors, plug them with damp towels or cloths, and breathe out an open window until firefighters arrive.
